Zubayer Karim

Why did you join the MRFC? Having recently moved from Bangladesh, I found myself with ample free time. Eager to contribute to my new community, I sought ways to get involved. Inspired by my good friend Anan, a dedicated firefighter, and encouraged by my father, I joined the MRFC with the hope of serving my community and connecting with exceptional individuals.

Years of Service: Less than a year

Background in fire: I am new to firefighting and have much to learn. I am eager to embrace the challenges and grow alongside experienced members.

What is your life like outside the firehouse? Outside of firefighting, I am an active individual. I enjoy playing soccer, exploring graphic design, and immersing myself in music. Family is important to me, and I cherish spending time with them, as well as connecting with friends and family back in Bangladesh. I value time management and strive to make the most of every moment. I am also actively involved in school clubs, where I contribute and learn from others.

Fun fact about you: I am fascinated by the wonders of astronomy and have a strong interest in aviation!
