Become a Member
The Morton–Rutledge Fire Company currently has three types of membership that you may apply for:
Active Membership: Any person over the age of 18 who is interested in being an active firefighter
Administrative Membership: Any person who is interested in being a member in a support role, such as serving on committees
Apprentice Membership: Any person under the age of 18 who is interested in being a cadet or junior firefighter and aspires to become an active firefighter after their 18th birthday

Once completed, you can come in person to the station any Tuesday around 7 p.m. This is when the company conducts its training, so the station will be staffed.
