Why did they want to join MRFC: I am new to the fire service, and I joined MRFC together with my teenage son. I felt is was a great opportunity where we could both challenge ourselves in terms of personal growth all the while giving something back to our community. So far we have not been disappointed.

About: I was born and raised in Southwest Philadelphia and moved to Morton in 1999. Though I'm SWP proud, Morton has shown me to be the embodiment of what a community truly can be and I'm appreciative to call it my home. I'm a single dad of 2 amazing teenagers that I could not be any more proud of. I work as a Registered Nurse and I still maintain my EMT certification. I am a member of US Disaster Medical Response Team PA-4, and my personal philosophy towards being a first responder is "to be my best for people at their worst". I look forward to rising to new challenges and broadening my role at MCFC as I value being a part of such an outstanding organization.
